Grace and peace to you from God our Father and His Son Jesus Christ.
Throughout the Scriptures we read of people facing the same challenges that we are facing today and we worship the God that the people of the Bible revealed to us. Therefore, be of Good Courage, fight the good fight of faith that you may finish your course with joy. Remain faithful to our tradition of daily prayer and seeking first the Kingdom of God.
Our God, fed 5000 with a few fish and loaves of bread, our God provided for his people in the wilderness, our God shut the Lion’s mouth and blew a cool breeze over the flames of the furnace. The enemy pillaged and looted and destroyed and the world as it was known was destroyed. Read The Revelation and ask yourself, ” why are you downcast oh my soul and so heavy within me ( Psalm 42).
Trust in God, for he is with us. Do what is yours to do, stand on the wall! Care for your neighbour’s, pray for your enemies- seek the peace of the land! And above all hold onto truth: “God is faithful and he will not fail you! 🙏❇️Fr Andrew
