Collect for a Bishop
Almighty God,
the light of the faithful and shepherd of souls you set Francis de Sales to be a bishop in the Church, to feed your sheep by his word and guide them by his example: give us grace to keep the faith he taught and to follow in his footsteps; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
