God of unchangeable power,
You have revealed Yourself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit:
keep us firm in this faith
that we may praise and bless Your Holy Name,
for you are one God,
living and reigning in glory now and for ever.
Amen.

COVID-19 Prayer:

Gracious and Compassionate God,
heal our world from the devastating impact
of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Direct the minds of the medical fraternity
and all who are tirelessly working for a cure.
Strengthen those that selflessly provide care
and assistance to the destitute and ill.
Give PEACE to the anxious and worried;
VISION to those who have lost faith;
ASSURANCE of your love and power
to those who fear the future.
We pray this in the name of Jesus,our Lord, the risen Christ.

Collect for Africa Day:🙏
O God of mountain peak and rolling veld
whose voice is the lion’s roar
and whose reach is the heron’s swoop:
look with favour on our ancient land, humanity’s cradle
and the long captivity of human dignity,
and our out your blessing on Africa,
that her history may inspire our children,
her bountiful resources feed the nations,
and her spirit of powerful grace
become the dance of reconciliation
from which no one is excluded or forgotten;
through Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and forever.
Amen.

that we may rejoice in Your comfort
knowing that nothing can separate us
from Your love in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Lord Jesus Christ,
You taught us to love our neighbour,
and to care for those in need
as if we were caring for You.
In this time of anxiety, give us strength
to comfort the fearful, to tend the sick,
and to assure the isolated
of our love, and Your love,
for Your name’s sake.
