WELFARE YOUTH MENTORSHIP INITIATIVE

The Kingsburgh Child Welfare is planning to host a youth mentorship Day at their offices (next to Kingsburgh library-2 Hall Rd . Their office has easy access from Warner Beach Railway station. This will take place on the 20th and 21st of February 2019.

The aim of the program is to empower youth in the following life skills, including CV writing, preparing for interviews, interviewing skills and drawing up a life purpose plan. Youth between the ages of 18 to 35 are encouraged to attend this free workshop. We will also conduct follow up workshop in March regarding Business and Entrepreneurship skills.

Cultural Fundraiser

An amazing high tea “cultural connections” had by all. The event was organized by the Kingsburgh Child and Family Welfare and hosted by St Mary’s Parish of Kingsburgh. Thank you to all our supporters. Your presence was highly appreciated. Definitely celebrated and embraced all the cultures.
